Teresa A. McQueen

Ms. McQueen's litigation practice focuses solely on representing plaintiffs in all aspects of employment law including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and termination. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the California State Bar Employment Law Section, Past Chair of the State Bar Solo Small Firm Section, and an author and speaker on employment law, practice management, and water law.

Ms. McQueen is an Orange County Bar Association Board Member and Past President of the OCBA Solo Small Firm Section. She was selected in 2007 and again in 2012 as a Southern California Super Lawyers "Rising Star" by Law & Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine.
